Conquering Your Pain Radio Guest from UW Neurosurgery: Andrew Ko, MD

We were honored to have a special guest on Conquering Your Pain radio show last Saturday, March 23. Dr. Andrew Ko is a neurosurgeon on faculty at the University of Washington Medical Center.

Dr. Ko’s area of specialty in neurosurgery is treatment of Parkinson’s disease and movement disorders using a technology called deep brain stimulation. This is an amazing, life-changing treatment, and we are fortunate to have world-class physicians like Dr. Ko in the Seattle area.

We had a great discussion on the radio and took some great calls from our listening audience. It is my belief that regenerative medicine will play a huge role in the area of neurosciences and brain disease in the not-too-distant future.
